Samsung scx 645 - The display lights up , but with no text,you see the folders but no text inside, you can see the picture buttons on the display but no text. you can make copies but only white paper comes out, when you scan a blank sheet comes to the computer, When you use the web interface it works great. There are no error messages

Unplug your printer from the PC...
Hold the paper feed button down and turn on the power.
The printer should do a self test when you let the button go.
This will tell you if the problem is in the printer or the PC/driver.

Also try uninstalling and then installing the printer,if that works.However make sure that you got the right ink cartridge for that particular printer. Then check to see if the cartridge is in right and secure, if it is not secure it won't be able to print properly.

This means the flex cable on your samsung phone connected to the LCD has gone bad or probably just needs re-alignment. Try to open up a message and press the sides of the LCD of your cellphone assuming that the flex cable connected to the LCD is just loose. If you are able to see some text and then disappears when you depress, then this is just a loose connection.
