Rubbing alcohol will take it off. Use a Q-Tip dipped in rubbing alcohol to trace over the writing, then clean off with a soft cloth - preferably a microfiber cloth. Make a second application. Afterward, clean the screen completely with your normal cleaning routine (I actually use glasses cleaner and a microfiber cloth). This method works - just now used it to clean Sharpie off our flat screen TV.

You could try mean green or totally awesome gotta love dollar tree. but be careful if you press too hard you could crack the screen or cause a pooling effect that may or may not go away. Oh or rubbing alc. last resort use liquid lighter fluid on a cloth.
