Hi I am trying to set up a business sellers account and my email address is alredy registered what should i do as it will not let me continue

Best way would be to establish a seperate email address for the business account. It would be best to seperate each accout for tax reasons anyway.

Pin code reached the copy limit. How to re-set the copy limit for pin code?

The Auditron feature is used to prevent the machine from being used by unauthorized users and also to track the total number of copies or prints produced with each account. When the total number reaches the upper limit set up by machine administrator, users cannot use the copy feature on the machine. Before resetting the machine you will want to print a usage report. Those instructions are at the bottom of these instructions.
  1. Press the [Log In / Out] button on the Control Panel. See the Related Items below for additional information on navigating the Control Panel.
  2. Press the [Select] button below the Display Screen to select 'System Settings.'

  3. Use the numeric keypad on the Control Panel to enter the Administrator Login ID, then press the [Select] button to confirm.

NOTE: The default System Administrator Login ID is set to 11111. The System Administrator mode allows you to customize many settings on the machine to suit your particular requirements. The machine enters the Machine Administrator mode only when a correct System Administrator login ID is entered.

  4. Press the [Select] button until 'Auditron Admin' is highlighted, and then press the [Enter] button on the Control Panel to confirm selection. The Auditron Administration screen will be displayed.
  5. Press the middle [Select] button until 'Reset Acc Limit' is highlighted, and then press the [Enter] button. The 'Reset Accounts' screen will be displayed.
  6. Press the left [Select] button to reset all accounts.
  7. Press the middle [Select] button to cancel the request.
  8. Press the left or middle [Select] button to perform the action. The Auditron Administration screen will be displayed.
  9. Press the [Exit] button to return to the default screen.
Solution : How To Print Reports and Lists (Auditron / Copy Meter Report) The Print Report / List feature allows you to print various reports and lists for each non-print job.

  2. Press the middle [Select] button below the Display Screen to display the Report / List information.

  3. Press the [Enter] button on the Control Panel. The Print Report / List (Non-print Jobs) screen will be displayed with the options referenced in the table below.

With a Konica Minolta Bizhub printer that has account tracking turned on. Can my employer see exactly what I print or can they just see the number of pages, number of pages in color, etc.

The copy track function only keeps track of how many B&W/Color copies/prints are made per user account. There is no record kept on the machine of actual print copy content. That is not to say they might have some other device or software program that COULD give them that information.

Trying to Print Tally Report

this should get you to the right area. I think you are asking to read the auditron accounts. This is the reset, which will allow you to see the copy count for all accounts set up.

When the total number reaches the upper limit set up by machine administrator, users cannot use the copy feature on the machine. When the Auditron feature is enabled users need to enter a password to display the System Settings screen, or use the Copy, Fax and E-mail features on the machine.
  1. Press the [Log In / Out] button on the Control Panel. See the Related Items below for additional information on navigating the Control Panel.
  2. Press the [Select] button below the Display Screen to select 'System Settings.'
