Hello someone has just hijacked my yahoo account

Hello someone has just hijacked my yahoo account and as such i cant login to my yahoo mail and cannot remember answers to my secret questions because its been a very long time since i had this mail. Please helpppppppppppppp.

You can try contacting yahoo and explain to the the situation, but im under the impression that the account is a write off. inform ALL your friends that the account is hijacked, create a new email (i recommend gmail) and use a strong password. typically, NO email provider EVER asks you to confirm account info "before deletion" so treat any emails that want ANY personal info as "phishing" and delete them immediately.

This has become a common problem these days as email accounts get hijacked. Have any of your contacts started to receive unwanted email from your account of late?

Contact Yahoo and ask them to check for a hijacked account and if so, disable it. You may need to set p a new account.

It sounds like your accounts have been hijacked. Report it to Yahoo! quickly; the hijacker may use it for illicit purposes and you may get stuck doing the explaining. Your password might have been too easy to hack and the hijackers have programs that will hammer at your account until they can learn your password. Strong passwords are a must anymore and you can check them here:

Hi,
Does someone else know your password. If they too login to the yahoo mail account with the same id and password at the same time, this error may occur. Try changing your password and see if the problem continues.
