Not repairable,because LCD screen is is very limitted.Only tv compannies sell them out it cost about the same as a new tv or exceed after replacement included labors and parts.

Hi,
Remove 5 screws as shown in below image to remove stand of TV.
It is also mentioned in user manual of TV page-5, click Toshiba Support to download a copy, if required.
