To reset the PC page count, while the printer is on, open front cover then press the cancel button.
NOTE: The photoconductor page count should be reset only when a brand-new photoconductor kit is installed. Resetting the page count without replacing the photoconductor kit could cause the photoconductor to operate beyond its intended life and thus create print quality issues.

Why does the out of toner light still blink?

This blinking Toner light indicates that the Photoconductor kits drum is full and is in need of replacement. Please contact our Technical Support Hotline or one of our Authorized Service Provider (click on this link: http://bit.ly/UeQhSB).

Lexmark E332n won't pick up paper from tray

There are rollers inside which you can replace and they NEED to be replaced after a certain time. Part number looks like 56P1820 but i would contact the Lexmark technical support to be sure of the part number and how to order them. It's easy to install, usually it's just clips to pull it out, and you put the new one there.

Will not print. Orange exclamation mark/point on - not flashing

You may follow Dell's preventive maintenance on the printer you have, the orange exclamation mark regulatly mean a hault on the printer's operation. The link will show you have to have it cleared and make the printer operational once again.
