Please remove the Memory Card and try again (try changing the wallpaper). In most cases, this problem is caused by virus or corrupted files saved on the Memory card (Maybe you didn't actually save them, but it's possible when transferring or in other ways). If even removing the memory card doesn't fix the problem, then please update the firmware or completely flash ( reinstalling the mobile's operating system) your phone. To do this, you better take it to a service center or to a mobile repairing shop, otherwise you may make mistakes which will be hard to get it work again.

2. Press and Hold the following three buttons: the green Call Answer button, the “*” button, and the number “3′ button.
3. While holding these three buttons, press the power button to switch on the device.
4. Release your fingers when the screen displays the Nokia Logo and the language selection menu further.

i had same problem in n78 thay sms were not sending so i reset the phone not from factory settings i reset the whole set by pressing three buttons
