General Troubleshooting Steps

Follow these steps:

(1) Go to Gmail (www.gmail.com)
(2) Click "Need Help?" link under "Sign In" button
(3) Click the first option that says " I don't know my password"
(4) Type your Gmail address for which you're seeking New Password (In `Email Address' field)
(5) Click "Continue"
(6) If you know last password, type in "Enter the last password you remember" field.

You are putting default address or your own address???
If you forget or lost password then it cannot be recovered .It can only be reset by hard resetting..Then you will be able to login using default password.....see the blog.....how to reset password

Reset your router back to it's factory settings by holding the reset button for about 5 seconds.

google what your specific model's default IP address/default username/default passwords are, for
example search for "Encore ENHWI-2AN3 default IP address" The default login info can change, it
can depend on where you obtained your router. If you purchased it yourself from a store then the
standard defaults should work. If you obtained your router from your Internet Provider you may
need to contact your service provider. It also may depend whether it's an old or new model router
as well. And you may need to press and hold the reset button on your router several times before
it actually clears. Make sure you have a wired connection then once you have accessed your router simply run the Setup Wizard. Set your SSID as something you'll remember like "Mavericks Network" and your Password can be something like your phone number for example 3109876543

Go to your browser (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera, Chrome) and put the number (http://192.168.1.1/) into your address bar and hit enter. This is the network address to your router, that is the address 90% of the time depending on if you changed it or if your router was pre-configured with a different address. Your password should be admin (password: admin) unless you changed it yourself.Once you are in click on the "wireless" tab and select "wireless security" then change your encryption type to wpa (secure and compatible with many devices). Then you can assign a password. Then click save setting at the bottom of the screen. If you connect to your wireless router (using the correct password) connect your computer directly to the router via Ethernet cable (internet cable) and try changing the encryption type as it may not be compatible with your computer. Go to www.facebook.com, click on the 'forgotten your password' link above the log in box. Enter the details needed, and click 'reset my password'

You WILL need to know your email address to retrieve the email Facebook will send you.
If you don't know your email address password, recover this first by going to the website of whoever your email address is with. For example if you're with hotmail go to www.hotmail.com, if you're with yahoo, go to www.yahoo.com.

Once you have recovered your facebook password and logged on, you can then change you email address by clicking on 'account', then 'account settings' then clicking the 'change' button next to 'email'
