clean all the rollers with a little soap and water then dry them. good luck

this is a stapler issue in the fininisher, it is either off track or something is stopping it from moving or there could simply be staples jammed up

it is all about main motor or drum unit.

Did your service person replace the sub thermister? Also, are you having power problem where the copier is pluged in to?

Just enter the service mode & try to clear it ...it will be fine

put in toner then and close cover

Please check the main thermistor TH1 has poor contact or open circuit.,the thermal switch is opened.In this case the fixing heater has opened and the SSR is faulty.
For the reset : COPIER-FUNCTION-CLEAR-ERR.

The driver is the same regardless of the port. Just select "local" port when setting up.
