Hi, red light is for error if you having a red light continue blinking and you cant print anything with this printer that mean you having a problem in your printer like cartridge, cartridge carriage, or some other part, and its not user repairable so you need to take your printer out for any local repair shop.
red paper light is blinked as it is indication that plz insert paper in your printer, and ink light blinks because your printer is low on ink, kindly get your printer cartage refilled.
I cant print coz of my printer (R230 Epson Printer) blinking 2 red

The light you describe is the ink light. When that light is blinking, try this.
Turn on the printer. Open the front cover and look at the carrier for the ink cartridges. There is a white arrow right above the latch for the color cartridge. Once the carrier stops moving, the white arrow should be pointing to a symbol which represents the problem (the reason the light is blinking.) Examples are low ink black, low ink color, sick black ( replace ) , sick color ( replace ).
IF you have just replaced your black cartridge, you might need to replace your color cartridge too. This printer will not work without both ink cartridges installed and full. You cant print with a full black and an empty color cartridge unfortunately, even if you only want to print black.

hi there... whats ur printer model? maybe it has no ink already that's why it is not printing... and usualy if red light is blinking your ink is already empty....
Either you have ran out of an ink, because some epsons wont run until you replace cartridge, you have a document pending a print, or you need to disconnect printer, uninstall drivers from Add/emove programmes.
Re-install driver then re connect printer when prompted
