Question about GE Quiet-Aire Ductless Heat Pump Split System AS1RD09AA0/AS0RD09AA0
Hello, I have had a GE split air conditioner for about 6 years. The unit has started to leak water in the last 3 summers. The drain seems to be clear. I also have a problem in that the unit does not rest against the wall (flush) The install was by the book but we couldn't seem to get it "tight". Seems like there is not enough room for all the piping and "padding " in the channel. Could this be causing the water not to go into the pan properly? If so, how can I getthis unit to hang flush. thanks, Randy
I would check the unit to ensure that it is draining towards the pan assy. should be 1/4" per foot.
