I need wiring diagram for Belle 150 cement mixer 110v

There is a problem with a winding in the motor.

Not familiar with that exact model, however it is a momentary push on/off then there's a run relay that energizes and holds a set of run contacts closed until interrupted by the off push button.

Motor fault, If capacitor start then capacitor faulty. If no capacitor start winding or switch (inside motor) faulty and replacement motor needed as these are not repairable. OT keep turning drum to simulate start winding, not recommended!!

Cement mixers aren't motorcycles. You could try asking Husquvarna for a diagram, they will definitely have one. It can't be that complicated thiough. They are usually diesel and so only have a very basic electrical system, Start and stop circuits and maybe a heater for the engine.

This plugs into a standard 120v household outlet, it's only 150 watts, running 10 of these is like one hair dryer. Most products say 110v, 115v in the USA.

The actual voltage is around 120v at the breaker panel and around 118v at the outlet.

But all products marked 110v, 115, 117, all work on a standard outlet.

i have a belle 110v cement mixer just over a year old.Everytime i use it ,it switches itself off after mixing 2 barrows of concrete but it will run perfectly for hours when empty.(tryed this out on Monday)So therefore it only switches itself off when loaded.
Gets very hot quickly.

Any suggestions would be much appeciated.Brian

It is most likely a 220 volt mixer. 110 won't work.

recently my belle cement mixer fell off its stand whilst still running. oil came out of the carboreta and no it will not start at all.

This should be pretty easy. you should have either two or four wires in the box and two or four hook ups on the switch. the wires in the box must stay aligned with the matching colors so if your switch has four connections but you only have two wires hook them up to the post opposite each other top to bottom. (they need to both be on the same side) if you have four wires but only two switch posts wire nut the two white (or blue) together and switch the black (or brown). The important thing to remember is the power needs to come in on go into the switch or breaker first.
