Your webroot spy sweeper has been expired now. Try a new one.
SOURCE: Webroot problems
I just went through this this afternoon, I spent 8 hours removing and updating and loading McAfee and running it too.
Webroot is a bad program, it is hard to remove and some of the componets just cannot be removed unless you do a search for the file and then delete it....if you need a certain dll then the anti-virus should detect that and remove or quarantine it.
I would suggest that you remove Webroot, and install another anti-virus program...I swear by McAfee, it removed over 30 problems or quarantined them, it works and is well worth the money spent....If you have Comcast, it is FREE to download on all of your computers in your home....just part of the internet service.
PS...Uniblue registry booster is no good, and another one that is hard to remove...it has spyware too.

I would advise you to uninstall Webroot and download Malwarebytes instead. Webroot isn't all it's cracked up to be.

Reinstall it after an uninstall. This should fix any messed up files or required services not running that should be.

Dear User,
Though Webroot 6.1 Antivirus works fine on Windows 7, but its Spyweeper (anti spywear), is not seems to be compatible with Windows 7.
You can look for the version of webrrot that is fully compatible with windows 7.
OR
You can go to the free versions of Antivirus availables for Windows 7 (as AVG Free).
Thanks
