does anyone know a handy layout of where everything is inside this monitor.
I have A Naga II 20", and have a similar problem. I also thought the lcd was going to sleep or shutting off. But the blue light was on. After looking closer I can see that the problem ( I think) is the backlight it keeps shutting off. I am able to see a faint (very faint) image on the monitor and when I flip trough the signal selector the backlight comes on briefly. Can anyone help.
I'm running dual X20G-NagaIII monitors on a Mac G5. The monitor on the right was working fine, then suddenly went black. I turned it off and back on. The image displayed for 1-2 seconds then went black. I unplugged everything, including power cord, hooked it back up and turned it on...same problem. Rebooted computer. Same problem. I think it must be the power supply.
Same monitor, exactly the same problem! Screen can not stay on! Black out, turn off and back on, stay a few seconds and black out again!
I have used LCD monitors for many years -- probably sine its inception. This is the first such problem I encounter on a LCD monitor. Is it because it was made in China with extreme low quality? I have cheapo old small LCD monitors --now I got it out of garage for temporary u! Can you imaging!
Any help will be welcome -- don't tell me LCD made in China requires occasional soldiering work!
Screen flicks on then back off almost instantly. Continues to do so endlessly, as if it can't recieve the signal. Getting it to work is a **** shoot and the help here is very vague.
