I am on my second chocolate phone and second battery and my screen just started to turn whiter yesterday for no reason and i dont know what to do i hate to take it to verizon and have them tell me that i have to pay for a new phone do you no anything that i can do. also if i starts to word then when i want to send a text or something the phone will freeze and it will get jumbled. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

hav your phone serviced. that has an issue internal. they might have to replace some chips for that. youve checked the battery and still does the same thing.

same thing happened to mine and they are making me pay for a new one and its my 4th chocolate they werent holding the charge, the charging port wouldnt hold the charger, and the phone would lock up so i would have to take out the battery and put it back in

you could have a problem with your phone that needs repair or it could just be a bad battery.
I wowuld take it back to the provider or wherever you got it an tell them you want another phone, if they refuse ask if you can at least have a new battery.
Try the new battery and see if it corrects the problem.
