I have a Pronto M6 wheelchair that is not working. I called technical support and they suggested it needed new batteries and that the batteries should be replaced yearly. I installed the new batteries and waited 24 hours for them to charge and the same problem exists. The light above the joystick flash green and then red and the wheelchair does nothing. Can you please help?

Make sure all of your connections are tights and the your fuses do not need to be replaced.

Blinking lights on the controller usually indicates a problem, the number of blinking lights are used to diagnose the problem. Take a look at this website to identify the type of controller you have on your scooter so you can dtermine what the blinking lights are trying to indicate.

screenshot (16)-rsjrp3ig2lfdn21ja5gptsgl-3-2.png Hopefully the drawing will transfer, Item 8 is a 30 amp reset breaker, make sure it is not tripped, also make sure all connectors are making good contact by unplugging and plugging back in. Also the brushes in motor may be stuck due to years of non use would advise you get electrician to check that problem.

Pronto M51 Wheelchair doesn't have as much power as it used to. Batteries are good.

Have you had the batteries load tested? How do you know the batteries are good?

Pronto M6 chair will not work. When the power switch is turned on, the LED light flash Red followed by three Green. I can't find what this error code meas.... Pls Help thanks Phil

Phil the red means battery is low and the green is a speed limit code because of the low battery if you have charged your batteries and you still get the red then you need to check the charger after charging all night does the yellow light on the charger turn green? if when you first plug in the charger if the red light is on and the other light is green then there is a problem with the wiring or connection to the batteries from the charger and you aren't charging the batteries. if when you plug the charger in and you get a red and yellow light then the charger is working but you don't ever ge a green light and the battery level gauge is still showing red then you need to replace the batteries Hope this helps

I NEED A WIRING SCENATIC FOR AN INVACARE PRONTO m6

I assume you need a wiring schematic for an M61. The circuit board schematics are proprietary and not available. The component schematics and interconnects for switches and wiring harnesses are available, as are the parts diagrams and drawings. Please clarify your specific need and issue.
