I have an ALCATEL cord phone Model 32KD 06G, but sudenly one light turned on without a motive. This light doesn't belong to any internal light but the light is permantely linking. How can I turn it off?

Do you have the ringer volume turned all the way down which is to say you hear no ring, check that first, if the ringer volume is turned up then the phone is defective and needs to be repaired or replaced depending on cost.

Have you tried using another charging cord? There could be a fault there. If the cord is the only one you have, see if you can find a friend with the same phone to test whether theirs works for you, then buy a new cord if that's the problem.
