Frigidaire Gallery Series Model # GLEH1642DS1 woint spin or agitate

This is a front loading stackable washer/dryer unit. It will not agitate or spin. It makes noise while it is suppose to wash and spin but the drum does not move. Please help me. We took off the back but have no idea where to look!

    wont spin and leaves water in the drum. makes humming noise but does not move.

Check the door switch on the dryer to make sure the leads are all on.Check your thermal fuse .Its likely that its one or the other.

Frigidaire Front Loader Won't Drain

if your washer is digital or with elecronic control board check the the motor control board located at the bottom difiniely you have to call a tech to confirm that. other model like wd5595 and wd 8095 has the same problem and it is the motor control unit that always fails.

Check the thermal fuse, a small disc with two wires on it located at the top of the heater housing at the rear of the machine. If it's blown definitely check your vent system for restrictions
