You have a white cover in the back of your fridge it says twin cool on it. Behind that cover is a drain for your defrost cover that is probably frozen and water is leaking through that cover. Wrap a piece of copper wire around the heater and fish it down the drain and it
will fix the problem
When water is leaking inside of your refrigerator, the problem could be as simple as condensation from humidity or a worn gasket, especially since you purchased your refrigerator used. The problem could also be a clogged drain or frozen evaporator.
To help you determine the problem, along with solutions that you can use, check out Refrigerator leaking water inside for some simple troubleshooting steps. I hope that helps!
I have had the same problem. In my case, its the little water tank behind the left crisper. The tank has cracked (twice now) which means replacement (again). The water leakage gets so bad that it leaks into the freezer causing ice up problems in the rear.

Clear the bottom of the refrigerator so you can get at the
drain. Then get a turkey baster and fill it with hot water. Insert it in the
drain in the bottom and squeeze it cleaning the drain. Several applications
will solve the problem, and do not forget the freezer side as well.
Good Luck,

It's the pump for the icemaker/water dispenser. When it goes bad, it just starts pumping water into your icemaker until it overflows into your freezer. You simply have to replace the pump. It's happened to mine twice.
You can very easily replace the pump yourself in about 3 to 5 minutes, and the pump only costs about 48 dollars.
you said, For the past three days, water has been leaking/freezing at an alarming
rate. The freezer had about 2 inches of ice built up and the bottom of
the refrigerator is holding water, too. Both crisper s were FULL of
water. I don't know if the ice maker connection is broken or what. Looks
like I have to cut off the cold water completely to the sink to get it
to stop.
Sounds like the ice maker or its line is leaking the water to me. And obviously it will freeze in the freezer.

The drain line that comes through the casing may be plugged or the trap at the bottom of the hose where it drains into the drain pan under the refrigerator may be plugged. If water is freezing it is because it is being held back by a restriction.
open the freezer compartment loo for ice build up on floor of frezer especally towards rear behind back panel. sounds like you have a clogged/frozen defrost drain tube. removing back panel of freezer will give you acess to drain trough, melt away the ice with a hair dryer, youll find a drain hole under there somwhere, pouring boiling water down the drain will clear it pretty quickly( i use a steam machine purchased from the infomercials)
