Samsung SGH-U600 lost password

Hello,

I have forgotten my samsung U600 password, can you kindly advice how to reset it without losing any information contained on the phone. Thanks

    my messages are locked as my sisters have changed my password. only thing is they dont know what they changed it to.

    I want to delete all my contacts from my phone contacts list but mpbile wants me to enter a code. I actually dont remember if i changed it. What is the default code for samsung U600? And if i enter the code incorrectly 5 times or something, will the code be blocked temporariliy, for example for 10 minutes, etc. such as nokia?

    my son has forgot his password for the samsung sgh u600 and when i enter the code *2767*2878# it then asks for password..........what do i do now.... email [email protected]

    I have reset the sim with that code and now i put a sim in and it asks for an 8-digit password everytime and iv tried 8zeros.
    I know my IMEI code would that help?
    Any suggestions:]

You should be able to reset by turning on the phone without the SIM card inside, entering *2767*2878# and waiting for the phone to reset

Just had a very frustrating half hour on the phone to Orange trying to sort out her forgotten pin. Then we found this and we used the code *2767*2878# and it worked!! THANKYOU.

Forgotten password for samsung u600
You can reset the phone which wll dsable any password you have prevously set,it will also wipe the memory of the phone though so you will LOSE any pictures,files etc which you previously had on it,

As it your pictures you wanted to view you aren't gong to be able to do unfortunately unless you can remember the pin,

If you do decide to forget the pictures and reset type as below..

How do i reset my forgotten password for samsung behold
If you can enter *2767*3855# without the simcard then that's the way to unlock and reset it but it will delete all information stored on the phone. Unfortunately, if you won't be able to enter the strings of command completely, then there's no other way to unlock it but to send the phone for repair to Samsung service center.

The password is not the same as the PIN

If you have NOT set a password try the default password:
00000000 (8 zero's)

If that doesnt work and you have changed the password phone samsung and ask for the default password
