Sim card missing is what i see if i turn on my htc tytn ii...please help me !

In the past, some HTC devices have been affected by problems with touchscreen alignment, but you shouldn't have any problems with the TyTN II in this department. The 240 x 320 display is clear and bright and also seems not to suffer from yellow colour cast that has been common on earlier devices.

The keyboard has a nice positive action to it and works extremely well. It's virtually identical to the HTC Herald, and very similar to the HTC TyTN. Holding the device in both hands it's easy to type at a fair rate using just your thumbs.

Finally, to insert a SIM card you have to slide the keyboard open and then look on the rear of the screen. Under a flap you'll find the SIM card slot.

I think you get wrong HTC TyTN II unlock code my friend, try to get the correct one by calling your original network phones provider. If you need instant HTC unlock code, you can try find them from online unlock code store, you just need to wait for a couple of minutes and you will get new unlock code complete with instruction how to insert that unlock code in your email.

Probably you have a loose sim card or sim is not properly place at the socket.
try removing your sim card and fit it properly and securely in the sim slot.

Have you used this SIM card in another phone?

Some cell phones have trouble reading SIM cards that have been used in other phones. (Example: The Samsung Jack may not be able to read a SIM card that has been used in a previous Samsung BlackJack model.) I run in to this problem almost daily with my customers.

Your HTC phone probably has the same problem. To correct it, you'll need to purchase a new SIM card (you can get one on eBay for the least amount of money) and contact your cellular provider. Tell them you have a defective SIM - that you purchased a new SIM card and you need your account switched to the new SIM card.

After you give them your new SIM card number, it will take about 15 seconds and the new SIM will be ready to use in your HTC TyTN.

I'm using HTC TyTN II with Windows Mobile 6.1 as OS. My problem is my phone keep loosing network signal and occasionally when it get the signal, I can't make a phone call. The signal is there, but when I make a phone call, it will disconnected at once.

I have the same issue. I think that maybe this will be solved changing the flex cable. I have this problem only when the keyboard is expanded.

THe MicroSD card slot which can handle cards up to 32GB to satisfy your thirst for videos/music/photos/applications. MicroSD cards are now pretty cheap, I saw an 8GB card recently for $18.
