This is why doing Firmware Upgrades is so risky. The firmware tells the printer what to do when it switches on before self testing and loading software. If the Firmware is corrupt, the printer becomes a giant paperweight. Help here

if printer not show any error message (and in ready mode) then place a art sheet in tray and print a page attend paper forcefully by hand to remove lost paper with this art sheet
if printer show any error message like paper jam try to remove with open the front door
HI there below is the reason for your error message and it is to do with the laser unit and will normally need to be replaced when this message comes up.

You could try resetting it by the following · Try to clear the service call condition (for failures which are not related to the fusing unit): switch the power off, wait 10 seconds, then switch back on.
I take it you have already tried this but if this doesn't work then the unit will need replacing
