Hi, last year I bought a copy of microsoft office enterprise 2007 application student and the office communicator for our 12 year old son who uses it at school. we managed to load it onto our lap top and it works well but today we bought him a netbook without a cd drive and went onto your site to download student 2007. it downloaded but when i came to open word it asked for a product key which i put it but it wont accept it. can you help. the key is M6WFP-9766C-GXR8X-CXY7Y-8DX3F

Once you download and install there will be an option for activation using your existing activation key.
If this doesn't solve your problem you may be having other issues with Windows or your hardware which would require looking at the exact error within the Event Log (Eventvwr.exe) that will explain what part of the ProPlus.cab file couldn't be copied/installed.

I would highly advice that you purchase your own genuine key for your own use so as to avoid getting yourself into trouble in the future.
