To obtain this code, you'll first need to take out the battery and look at the sticker on the back on the phone where the battery was. You should see a number labeled the IMEI.
Then, contact the company the phone was made for (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, whomever). It should say their name or logo somewhere on the phone. They will ask you to provide the IMEI and it should be no time at all before you have the code.

Hello! Google; Mobile unlocked co.uk...This site provides unlocking codes with the IMEI of any phone...There is a list of phones where the code is provided for free...Sadly yours is not one of them...
Check at the top of the page; Perhaps you can purchase your code for under $2.
The list of codes is numerous; The number of phones in the marketplace is as well...I'm not going to guess at your code.
However I appreciate the fact that you gave the IMEI...
You can find your sim's PIN2 in your Sim pack, along with your PIN1, PUK1 & PUK2. Try to look it up in your Sim pack, it should be there..it's either at the back of your Sim card or is written in a small folded paper which is sealed.
The chances are that the W375 is locked to Net10. The other Motorola phone you mentioned will work with the old SIM if the phone was previously used on Net10, or has been unlocked.
Most phones, upon issue, are locked to the network that provided the phone. If the other working phone is locked to a different network, speak to the Network it was previously locked to, and ask for an unlock code.
Try it anyway, you can't damage anything by doing so.
Sir, as explained earlier - you will need to contact your service provider to get the Puk code - it is a code that is burnt into your SIM card - I understand that they say they are unable to do this right now, but it is not a code on the phone - you will need to BUY a new sim card to make your calls sir.
the reason it's asking for puk is you entered the wrong sim code more the 3 times.
Is this even your phone?
