Replaced fuse and TV still doesn't powers on and anything.
Checked power board (1AA4B10N1630A) for shorts i.e. {open resistors or shorted diodes or transistor} Nothing visibly seen that would indicate a problem. AC voltage (120 v) to power board also have 5v Dc for standby power voltage
Yes, the power tested ok coming from the power supply and I unplugged each board individually to see if it was one of those. Each one I unplugged made the picture worse or go away so I know they work and they tested correctly. I'm wondering if I did something replacing capacitors or if I may be shorted something. It turns on and off fine, I have sound and picture but just like I said fuzzy and dark and mis colored

Hmmm..so you have power from supply board?
can you isolate the power supply board from control board, via connectors?
