Red/Green shadow on bottom left side of screen

The bottom left side of our TV has a red/green shadow, meaning everything viewed as words or picture are in these colors, and has a wiggly or mis-aligned shadow. We have tried aligning the crosses, and finally found the "reset to factory" mode. This still didn't work. Any help would be appreciate, this TV is only 4 years old...

TV PROBLEMS

If the images are different colors (red, green, blue) then the convergence has diverged. Some TV allow re-convergence through the menu screen, older sets my need to be physically adjusted (aimed) to clear this up. a strong knock to the TV may have cause this.
