My lexmark E340 printer displays the message: "remove cartridge paper jam" continuously and not print more pages

There is probably a sensor that is being blocked by paper that you might not be able to see easily. Remove cartridge and check the inside of the printer with a flashlight. Please turn off printer before doing this.

How to reset PC kit e332n

To reset the PC page count, while the printer is on, open front cover then press the cancel button.
NOTE: The photoconductor page count should be reset only when a brand-new photoconductor kit is installed. Resetting the page count without replacing the photoconductor kit could cause the photoconductor to operate beyond its intended life and thus create print quality issues.
