Jun 30, 2010 - Epson printer sx415 printing problems/paper jam ... before it will work correctly again otherwise you will continue to get the error message.
this is not a samsung home desktop inkjet printer and none of the samsung driver parts are useful to a HP designjet ( professional Printer)
do you have a samsung sx 415 mfp or HP design jet you first need to work out which one you have and then select the correct driver ( usually found at the manufacturers web site eg you'll find HP drivers on a HP web page - easy)
l.- Go to : epson.com "
2.- click on " download driver "
3,- Select the one you need for your epson printer
4.- Download to your computer under " documents " .
5.- Click on " run "
If the printer is telling you to do this then you may be out of luck... but if the message is cropping up on the computer you can disable the nag screen using this approach:
Go to Printers and Faxes (or the equivalent screen that lists all your printers)
Right click your SX415 printer and choose "Printing Preferences"
Click on the "Maintenance" tab
Click on the "Speed & Progress" button
Tick the "Disable EPSON Status Monitor" checkbox
Click on OK
Click on OK to close the Preferences window
That should about do it...
This stops the nagging at least but I can't guarantee that it will force the printer to continue...
That's frustrating.... here's one possible solution. Uninstall driver and try downloading driver from website. click HERE. select your printer and OS of computer that you are using then download and install updated driver.
