Check whether the audio is muted by accidental press at remote control button. Enter its sound menu, and check it. If muted, as you know there will be no audio output. If not muted, check the speaker/s. If found OK; check and replace the damaged component/s at its audio output section circuit board. If needy, replace this board as card basis. Press the menu button from the remote, look for "Settings". You should have a "Sound" category. Once you've located that, press Enter to go into the submenu. You want to look for "Audio Out" option and change it from the default "Variable" to "Fixed". Then you should have sound in your headphone. You can just either mute or lower the volume of your TV. Hope this help.
Unplug, replug the tv about an hour later.Let the tv reset it self.Go to the menu,go to Audio setting,go down reset. The tv audio will work again. Not,than ur Tuner board is dead.Must be repalced.
1 Press volume +/- or Mute
2 If it does not work then check if the 'speaker' is set to 'TV speaker' from the "AV set up" menu in "Settings"
3 Press Menu and select Settings. Go up/down and select Set Up icon.Press enter
4 In AV Set up go to speaker and turn on the TV Speaker. This should solve your problem
please try differect sources e.g. dvd, cable TV box, aerial. Also check that your connectors are properly plugged in. If none of those work, bring your tv to the nearest service center.
