Sir i have lost the cd of printer driver which i got along with prienter now sir i want to get driver for my printer so how it is possible replay me.

According to the HP website, the driver that ships with WIndows XP is the best available for this printer. So if you just go through the 'add new printer' wizard, it should be installed automatically. That's how it worked for me, with the same printer and OS.

You won't find Vista drivers, what I do is use virtual machine from VMWARE to load windows XP and install the driver there. It only takes a couple minutes to switch back and forth between XP and Vista.

Your problem could be either due to the malfunctioning of the driver or you may have installed a wrong printer's driver.
This can be rectified by reinstalling the printer;s driver. Please find the proper driver in the following link.

I can't find hp lasertjet 6l on my choices of printers in XP
Have you installed the printer so Windows can print to it? Support for the HP LaserJet 6L is native to XP, so you don't need any special drivers. Just pick "add printer" from the "printers" control panel icon, select HP from the list of manufacturers, and then pick the LaserJet 6L.

I need driver for hp 6l pro printer
You can find it here, if the desired operating system doesn't have drivers to download then it's because the operating system already includes the drivers... for example Windows XP already comes with 6L pro drivers included. If your having trouble in XP you might want to try downloading the drivers for windows 2000.
