Hi, If the camera malfunctions, it may need to be reset. The batteries or battery pack must be removed to reset it. Tuen off the power, take out the battery and let them be out of the camera for about 10 minutes. Re-insert the batteries and power up the camera. In case the camera does not reset, please leave the batteries out overnight and it will. There is no physical reset button on the camera itself.
