The code is actually "2E".

Remove water pump, check for thongs, baby socks and sometimes hair pins or even screws can obstruct the water pump.
Simply remove the pump and remove the obstruction that is keeping it from draining.

This will fix your problem.

i think this one is the one with the clutch. if it does it b4 it spins. put it on a spin. if it doesnt spin, u need a clutch. under the unit the belt is whapped on it
