What operating system are you using? Be sure you have used the CD that came with the camera to install the appropriate drivers and software for the camera as well. If the problem persists even after updating to the latest drivers for your camera, then try it on a different USB port and be sure to reboot your system before doing so.

Unfortunately, your camera will not be supported under Windows 7.

no there is no link in that....i think her internet protol connection is not proper tell her to check her internet settings and tell her to once again re install her webcam
