On power up, Power LED lights green, "BENQ" is displayed for >2s. After 4s message displays "Signal Cable Not Connected" for >250ms, screen goes blank and Power LED lights amber. All Buttons on Monitor non functioning except power off. Cycle power button and cycle repeats.
I have resoldered Transformers T751, T752, T753, T754 and Transistors Q739, Q740, Q743, Q751, Q759, Q760.
Can you help any further.
If screen says "Signal cable not connected " all the time till power led switches to Amber chances are monitor is ok and problem is with graphic card or cpu.Connect to Known working CPU and confirm that monitor is the problem.
If same problem persists on another working cpu after changing signal cable, the interface board in the monitor could be defective.

Connect the component video, HDMI1 or AV1 cable from the
component device (such a DVD player) to the appropriate input port on the TV.
This port may say "Video IN" on the back of the TV. Ensure that the
cable is connected securely at both ends.
· 2
Use the remote control's device button(s) to access the
menu and select the input through the menu that matches the type of cable input
connected to the back of the TV. For example, if you connect the cable to the
HDMI1 input port on the back of the TV, selecting anything but the HDMI1 option
with the remote control may cause the "No Display" message to appear,
which usually means that the TV is not receiving a signal at the connection
input you have selected.
·
· 3
Turn the power on to the component you want to view. If
the power was off, turning it on will activate the display and replace the
"No Display" message.
· 4
Test any other connected components at their selected
inputs to see that the TV is receiving the video signal properly from those
sources.
· 5
Check with your cable or satellite provider if their
set-top box is the source of the "No Display" message and is powered
on, to see if the problem is caused by a disruption in their service. If using
an antenna, adjust the antenna and re-scan for available channels.
Display Power management is being triggered because no input signal was detected. Verify that the video source is connected and on. (Computer, notebook, etc). - Try another computer or laptop that you know is working properly. - Do you see any change on the screen if the display cord is completely disconnected (often a "Test" or "Check Cable" message appears).
- Inspect the signal cable from the monitor - worn? Any places where the cable was bent to an extremely small (acute) angle? (less than 75 degrees?) Try gently moving the cable around at either end and see if you get a partial signal on the screen (while connected to the computer). If you do, the signal cable is damaged, if possible replace it. try: www.monoprice.com
your power supply is probably bad. open the case with it unpugged and look for leaking or crowned capacitors. most electronic repair shops can replace them for you
Monitor is not geting the signal from the PC.
connected the monitor to the AVG port on the rear of the PC and see if you get the monitor to go up. if not, try to get a video card.
1. cpu problem. why because of there is no signal output from cpu to monitor. the led blinking means there is no vertical, horizontal signals from cpu to monitor.
2. your monitor connected to another system.
3. neck board dry points.
4. cheak the display cable. 13&14 pins are horizontal, vertical signals.1, 2, 3 pins , R G B , 6 ,7, 8 pins R G B ground ( coaxiler cable used , meshed wire is ground )
Thank you for providing your configuration details.
You have failed to specify wheather or not your LCD Display is under Warrenty.
Perhaps these simple trouble shooting procedures will get the job done.
1. use the DVI to VGA adaptor that came with your card
Plug in a regular CRT monitor to the Primary Display Output Port using the DVI to VGA adaptor
( either port can be designated as the primary by you )
I like to use the Port nearest to the motherboard as the Primary
2. plug in the your LCD monitor on Secondary Display port using your DVI cable
At this point you should be able to see your desktop on the Primary CRT Display
3. Go to the display properties and use the Nvidia Dual Display Setup Wizard
set both desktops to CLONED at a resolution of 1024x768 and set the refresh to 60Hz
which is default for most LCD displays , some have higher refresh rates , consult your user manuel
If the display resolution and refresh are set incorrectly for your CRT or LCD you will see
Signal Out of Range ( if the display has the ability to display that error message )
At this stage both displays should be showing a Windows Desktop
If you now see your desktop on both displays , you can now put the LCD on the Primary Port
No Signal Detected ( this means the display device is not receiving a signal )
If your LCD display is still displaying the error message
"No Signal Detected" after performing the trouble shooting proceedures
You may need to read the user manuel about how to enable DVI signal input.
If you are certan you have done everything correctly but still see only "No Signal Detected"
if your monitor is not connected to a pc, then it cannot find a vga signal input and therefore go into power saving mode, which is indicated by the orange light, but as soon as you connect to the pc and power on the light will go green and the monitor will power up.
