The clock will set itself at specific time set times, this is likely to be at 0200 0400 and 0600.

You will however be required to set the time zone, the switch is likely to be on the back.

Press reset button in battery case make sure your plug in also
Press Wave for 2 seconds press + or - to set zone
Press wave set year + or-
Press wave set date " "
Press wave set time to 24 hr real time + or -.
Press wave set to 12 by + or-and it will set temp F

Hi,

You can just buy a regular AC adapter in any store, just ask for a universal AC adapter to make sure it will fit. (you can try Radio Shack, Walmart etc.)

In a universal AC adapter there are multiple plugs and there's switch to set the volts, just find the right plug that fit you Alarm Clock and make sure you set it to 6V and that's it.

Sorry, no luck with a manual for the GT113, here is the link for the manual for it's replacement, the GT806; http://www.sharperimage.com/us/en/catalog/productdetails/sku__GT806 Check page 16 - hopefully the process is the same on your model for the alarm - other features are definitely different.
