Most likely is a clogged pump. Remove the 2 1/4 inch screws on the front, botom panel. There is a white peice of plastic in the botom front slightly off to the right side. This is your pump. Slowly turn the knob in the center counter clockwise while you have a bowl of bucket under the lip of it. Once you have bailed the water out of it, unscrew the knob all of the way and pull it out. Check the pump and remove forign objects.

Check the shocks on the drum to make sure they are ok. if they wear out the drum spins out of balance and the computer wont allow it spine because it would WALK and damage itself.
Either your drain pump is bad or something is stuck in it. It won't spin until it drains so fix the drain pump, and it will spin. You should be able to get at the drain pump by taking off the bottom panel, or back panel.
