Please follow the steps below to resolve the concern
Disconnect the Universal Serial Bus (USB) cable from the back of the product, but leave the product turned on.
Open the cover of the product and remove the print cartridges.
Close the cover and wait for the Insert Ink Cartridges message to display.
Disconnect the power cord from the back of the product and wait for one minute.
Reconnect the power cord. If the product does not automatically turn on, press the Power button.
Open the cover and reinsert the print cartridges.
Close the cover. If prompted, print a calibration page.
Reconnect the USB cable, and try to print a print job from the computer.
If the issue still persists then perform the step given below:
Hold Print Photos & Red Eye removal together and the printer will show enter special key combo..
Press the red eye removal, print photos and red eye removal in sequence
The printer will show support menu
Press the right arrow key twice to go to the reset menu
Use the right arrow key to go to the semiful reset
Press Ok, if the printer goes off; turn it on after 1 min
Printer would go through some mehanisms, follow the screen instruction after that
