WASHING MACHINE WILL NOT TURN BACK ONF

I brough this model about a year ago, and i have had no problems with it at all, until a couple of days ago. I finished my regular wash and the next day, it would not switch on. I had not noticed anything unusual at the time of using it. I tried the fuse, the programmes and it will not turn on electrically at all. I have noticed that the plug is not waterproof and my washing machin is next to the sink and sometimes the plug is put on the sideboard that sometimes can get wet and I was wondering if this could be the problem. I am worried that I cannot find my receipt and will have to pay for a repair call out.

If you registered your unit with the factory you won't need a receipt. If you failed to register your unit,(naughty, naughty), your selling dealer is required to keep records of all sales and should be able to supply you with a copy of the receipt. If you unable to provide a proof of purchase document, the manufacturer's product information tag on the unit is required to show model#, serial#, and date of manufacture. any one of these methods are acceptable to a factory authorized servicer. All you have to do is make sure you have your factory warranty policy on hand to ensure your ownership rights.

Thank you for contacting me at Fixya, com and if you would be so kind as to rate my solution, I would be forever grateful.

My Estate Washing Machine ETW4300TQ0 washing machine won't start

Sometimes when there is a power outage, it causes a 'brownout', and trips the breaker. Check it by switching the breaker to off and then back on again.

It that doesn't fix it, you will need a Whirlpool service call or phone them on the number in the manual

Whirlpool Washing machine top load

it sounds like ti could be the lid switch. Some whirlpool models will fill with the lid open. even before cheking the switch for continuity open and close the lid and listen for the "click". Ifyou hear the click then check the switch for continuity.

Half Dead Monitor

Dear
This problem is caused by keyboard switches which are bad quality they are easy to replace, so if you are able to work with solder you can finish replacement in 15min.
