The preheat entry sensor assembly probably has broken sensor arms, and will need replaced.

Need to clean up spilled toner in a Tektronics (Xerox) Phaser 780 how do i do this?

Best thing to do is just brush most of it out with an unused paintbrush. You can simply vacuum the rest out with the hose attachment. Hope this helps :)

Phaser 8560 error code

Most likely you are using generic ink or ink not made for that specific machine. The black ink is the one causing the problem. the printer will then need to be reset.

Error xerox Phaser 8200 15004,45:12318

Hi erniec420:
Hope that this helps.
15,004.45:
TCD_THERMISTOR_
SLOW
Most likely cause is a failed drum heater. The head to drum gap
should only be checked or adjusted on the Phaser 840. The
Phaser 850 and 860 have a pre-adjusted head.

Xerox Phaser 850. Unexpected repeat printing

If I remember correctly, disconnect the print cable, then reboot the machine.
I saw that problem once and its been a while, but I do believe thats how I finally got it to stop.
Then clear out the print queue.

Error 15 004 45 37888

From the service manual:

15,004.45:
TCD_THERMISTOR_
SLOW
Most likely cause is a failed drum heater. The head to drum gap
should only be checked or adjusted on the Phaser 840. The
Phaser 850, 860, and 8200 have a pre-adjusted head.

In other words, you need to replace the drum heater.

Svc Rprt Flt Xerox Phaser 850. 15.004.45:96992, 22.613.05:96992

Yes you can. What you are experiencing is the drum heaters are not working. The way to verify that is, if you can turn the lights off in the office your in, and then turn the machine back on. On the right side of the machine you will see a fan vent area, slots cut out in the cover where the fan is mounted. Watch through those openings for a glow inside the machine, I very much doubt you will see any glow. There are two 150 watt halogen lamps in there that are used for the drum heaters, one or both of those lamps have gone bad and need replaced. The code you are getting comes from the fact those lamps are not working and the drum does not reach operating temperature.
If you want to replace them or have someone that can, let me know I will send you the instructions. You can purchase those bulbs at any lowes or home depot, anyone who sells halogen light bulbs will have them. Cost should be around $15.
