DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT THIS CODE MEANS?
Your yellow drum unit is bad replace it if the error ship to 000020-02b0 replace all your drum unit because all the units could be bad but the machine will show one at a time as you replace the drum units
I also change drum unit same problem e0020-1160 andthan e0020-2b0 this is what problem i think need to chane laser unit i want to tried fri day everrybody goodluck have answer show me thanks u
