I Have a Samsung flat screen ser# LNS4692DX/XAA that video went out and went to dark blue on all channels,still have good audio but cant even get a menu screen any suggestions?

Hi,
Unplug tv from wall socket for minute to get it reset, replug back in and turn it On
Do you get Menu screen now or tv shows channels?

If problem still not solved then let me know how old is this tv and any related info about problem like storm or lightning in area that caused this problem in tv. Does tv show picture in dvd playback?

TV Problem: No Video but Audio works

Here are some basic treatment for a dark display.

On LCD TV, Some time missing or lose LCD strip from PCB connector. Solution- Clean strip and connector.
Some time missing LAMP, burning lamp is a major cause for dark display in LCD TV. If lamp problem with any display, Display show in sun lights. Solution- Check Lamp connection/connector. Clean connector or change Lamp.
In CRT TV, Fly back is faulted. There are no high voltages. Solution- Change or check fly back, Check out put transistor.
Some OLED Tv Use OLED lights for display shining and brightness. IF LED's or lamps are faulted there is no display in sun shine.
Before starting Troubleshoot display problem you need to conform and trace faulted stage of TV.
Don't Apply any miss use trick at home. Contact the professional repairing lab.
If you are full fault to understand your TV problem. Tip more condition of your problem.

I can't get a picture either with dvd/blue ray or using wyfi/Netflix. Just "snow" on the screen although it is multiple colors. And no sound either. Cable television works fine even though it goes...

try checking your connectors. and mode settings.good luck!

Hello, I'm sorry to yell you that the lcd display (screen) is bad. Usually one side looks close to normal, and the other is dark and the picture drags and looks smeared. The cost to replace the lcd display is more than you can buy another set for, sorry. thanks, Terry

Samsung model LNS3251DX/XAA, Version SP02. Video just went out, audio is fine, but screen is black. Do these have replacement bulbs available, or is this a doorstop?

not there is not lamp avelible for this unit because is a lcd tv , but ur problem is on the power supply , u have a bad diode , u would need a voltimeter to check the doede on the power supply the part # for this unit is 0402-001415 good look
