It's a hack, but you can use needle nose plyers to let you pry open those razor blade heads to clean the blades inside the heads. My Arcitec shaver stopped working after being clogged, rather than pay $50 for new blades, I just opened it up, took out the blades and cleaned it with an old toothbrush and soap.
This is a major problem with Arcitec shavers. You and thousands of other have found out too late that the blades can not be removed for manual cleaning. Unfortunately, there is no good solution. You can try running the shaver under hot water or running the shaver with the heads dipped in rubbing alcol. You can also try picking out the 'gunk' with a toothpick. You will probably only find these to provide minimal results.
