i think your computer audio is not in shape to boost a great sound. specially when it is built-in sound in the motherboard of your computer. see your computer / motherboard manual's if the driver's you have AC '97 then you cannot really boost sound.coz it's a generic driver's for sound card. if try also to update your driver's (sound). by seeing the brand and the model of your motherboard or computer and go to manufacturer websites for update. after update if can't help, but you really need to boast a great sound then you can really buy a PCI sound card 6 channels or 24bit 5.1 or 24bit 7.1 f your sound system have are compatible with this. or has an interface like this - audio 5.1 and 7.1.
hi, ok so your speakers are alright, but you dont hear any sound when connected to the computer. 1.this might be due to a driver problem. install the correct driver for your sound system and it will start working. to check if the driver are ok, right click on my computer icon on the desktop and select properties. now go to the hardware tab an and click device manager. a yellow mark will in the sound system category will tell of a device driver or conflict problem. 2. if there is no problem as mentioned above... you can try this go to control panel. click the sound icon and check i the device is muted and volume sliders are adjusted.
Install it with the help of mainboard cd that came alongwith your computer.
You just place cd in your dvd/cd drive and it will autosetup.
