You have to contact the Seller or Sony. details in the link
Welcome to the Sony Community!
We are sorry to hear about the issue that you are having with the XAV-60 car stereo. The code that the car stereo AV center is looking for is a 4-digit security code that is programmed into your system during the installation process. This code is generally needed when one of the following issues occurs on the car stereo:
the AV center was reset.
the screen locks up on the unit.
If you purchased the vehicle from an individual, contact the seller of the car to see if they can give you the code. If you had your AV center professionally installed, we recommend that you contact the installer to see if they are able to provide you with the code.
If the seller of the vehicle or the installer is not able to assist you, or if you installed the system yourself, please contact the Customer Experience Center using this link:
The radio will have to be removed from the car dashboard .Then please quote the MAKE + MODEL of your radio plus ALL the LETTERS and NUMBERS on any LABELS , BARCODES or STAMPED IN THE METAL CASING. Also quote the MAKE of CAR it is fitted into. Please note: Not all stereo codes can be calculated from the Serial Number
You would have to cantact the manufacture for a reset code because if the car was owned before you and the cd player lost power ( dead battery) then you have activated its teft detrant prosess that locks up the cd player. Look for a manufactures name (sony) and go to their web page and get tech support. Alos have with you the cd player's model number.
According to the Users Manual, there is not a code needed for this model.
Manual is here;
