According to the Fargo Website:

The drivers only go as high as windows xp for now. Hopefully since Windows 7 is coming out soon that they will have a driver available for it shortly.

There are no Windows 7 printer drivers available for the Pro-L printer. You may try using the original Windows XP driver if you know how to setup a virtual XP environment in Windows 7 Pro. This requires you to install the printer and the software that uses it inside the virtual XP.

Brother HL 5140
In Windows XP Pro...

Go to printers and faxes window. File-Server Properties. From dialog go to drivers then select the problem driver and pick Replace button. Select Yes to replace driver.

This has worked to solve the problem on the printer server machine but not on the other machines using the printer as a shared printer.

HP deskjet 1120c professional serias printer
I have the same Printer and it works great in Windows XP Pro, so maybe you need to check their website for updated printer drivers...? My Printer is the HP Deskjet 1120C Professional Series Printer, that's the full name so I guess its the same printer...can print up to 13x19 inches....I've used the heck out of mine and it just now developed a problem where it won't pull the paper in from the front, but believe it or not I can load one sheet at a time from the back....
