Fridge losing coldness

Frigidare GLRT184RA - Fans seem to be working, cleaned coils, noticed there is frost on lower back wall of freezer compartment (top freezer-bottom fridge) Freezer is still functioning. I did notice as well the fridge is no longer making the gurgling sound it used to for the past 6 years everytime the door was shut on the fridge. Any thoughts. The fridge is 6 or 7 years old.

I have a Britannia nabraska side by side fridge freezer. All of a sudden the freezer compartment is not cold enough as though the door had been left open - but 24 hours later has not got colder

You may have a bad thermostat or you could just be frosted over inside. You'll need to look behind the back panel in the freezer for syntoms if unplugging to defrost doesn't work.

Fridge warm, freezer has frost on back panel & is defrosting, fans work, just changed defrost thermostat, no air is moving from freezer side to fridge side, drain pan under fridge is dry

this fan needs to run when the compressor runs, check fan blade for being jammed by ice if you have this much ice on back wall as ice will stall motor,if no fan there will be no cool air to refrige compartment also the defrost drain tray will fill with water then freeze over which in turn floods the freezer floor and refrige compartments cause it cannot drain to the pan in the bottom

the evaporator coil inside the freezer compartment is iced over and can't transfer cold air in thes condition, remove panel inside freezer on back side of freezer compartment and thaw it out with a hair dryer, then check the defrost heating element for continuity,if its open replace it,if its good, ,check the defrost control that powers the defrost heater

I have a Kenmore bottom fridge model #596.69274991. Although things are cold and frozen, the room temp is only 70 degree but it seem to run for well over an hour although there has not been much opening...

Tom, you pretty much have it all covered. Make sure both the freezer fan and the fan under the fridge are both running and keep your eye on the inside back wall of the freezer compartment fro any signs of frost build up (possible defrost problem).
Good luck!

Frezzer gets cold fridge dose not compressor and fan are running fridge only cools to about 46

Most modern combination units have two fans; one under the cabinet to move air over the coils and a second concealed behind the cabinets to distribute the cold air to both compartments. When you balance them to get the desired temperatures in each, you are adjusting the air flow from the cooling coils. Typically, the freezer has the coils and the fridge gets a little via ducts in the rear wall. If this fan fails, the freezer will suffer least and that seems to be what you are experiencing.
When the compressor is running, check the inlets in the back of the refrigerator to see if you have noticeable air flow. If not, that fan has failed.

Have kenmore refig model 59671103101 refrig temperature to low. light work, fans run freezer works good. Cleaned vents & coils ?

if the freezer is fine, check for air flow to fridge. if you get none, see if there is any frost on the back wall of the freezer. if there is some frost, the coils are iced up and need thawing. if there is no frost, there may be an obstruction in the vent. also may be thermostat in fridge- it opens and closes the vent from the freezer.

My freezer is working but fridge has stopped any ideas in what could be wrong. The coils where dirty I have cleaned them..

Does this unit just have one thermostat? is this a frost free unit? does the cooling for the fridge come from the freezer side compartment via internal fans, if so are they working?

well done on cleaning the coils by the way, did you notice the fans down there running and latent heat being dispersed? (FROM COIL)
