Sounds like you have a ventalation problem. The clothes heat up, but without airflow, the moisture remains. First check the hose from the back of the dryer to the wall. Is it plugged, kinked, or restricted? No? Turn your dryer on and remove the hose. Do you feel pressure coming from the back of the unit? No? You need to take it apart and clean the internal airway. If you do feel pressure, reconnect it to the wall and start your dryer. Walk to the outside of the house. Do you feel a fair amount of air coming out? No? There are companies that will clean your vent in the phone book. There are also vent cleaning brushes you can buy at hardware and appliance part stores.

Hotpoint A1400WD Washer Dryer

Check your dryer vent (probably outside) to be sure something or a kid hasn't flattened it, making it not vent moisture properly. Replace the vent or pull it back out so the damper door will open.

PROBLEM WITH HOTPOINT WASHER DRYER - MODEL BWD 129-ON DRY CYCLE CLOTHES COME OUT STEAMING AND WET. PLEASE ADVISE

If the clothes are coming out hot and steaming, then the water from the clothes is not condensing, it could be a blocked condenser, which will have to be removed and unblocked and cleaned.
The other possibility is that there is no cold water coming in on the drying cycle, this can also have the same effect.
Hope this helps.

Clothes wont dry but gets really hot

Hello, sounds like your cold water feed hose has got a kink in it. The machine needs cold water to condense the steam. Just pull out the machine and slowly slide back into place.

Dryer not drying clothes

Make sure that the flex hose going out from the dryer is not blocked. You should check it from both the back of the dryer and all the way to wear it vents outside. It could also be the thermostat, which is cheaper to replace than buying a new dryer.

Drier Motor

Disconnect the vent at the back of the dryer and dry a load unvented to make sure you don't have a clog in the vent line too the outside causing an air flow restriction, if still not drying check and make sure the blower wheel that circulates the heat inside the dryer isn't broken.

Hotpoint Aquarius 1200 WD62 (Tumble drying issue).

no the steam from the dryer part comes out of outlet tube the same tube were the water comes out hotpoint washer/dryers use a condensing chamber which allows the steam to cool down a pass through it as water does and through the outlet pipe

your water supply to the machine has been turned off, or the triplewater valve has gone open circuit on the condensor solaniod if you have a multimeter you can test the valves unplug the machine from the mains and turn the cold water supply off , take the back panel off take 2 wires off at a time and test each solanoid they should read around 3800 ohms if you nget no reading on 1 of the solaniods thats you problem change the complete valve. good luck
