Sounds like the ballast board that controls the back light for the screen is failing. There is a possibility that the light tubes need replacing too.

That sounds like an inverter problem. Check the capacitors on the inverter boards. There will be two on each board. The master inverter will be on the far left side, and the slave will be on the far right side. You will have to remove the metal covers over the inverter boards. Should be 4 small phillips head screws. If the capacitors have bulging tops, replace them.

Hi, a couple things you can check are the alternator voltage and the battery terminals. If a car starts with a jump but not with the battery, either the battery is low or the terminals are not tight enough. A low battery can be caused by a failing alternator. With the car running, the voltage at the battery should be at least 14 volts. If not, or you don't have a voltmeter, remove the alternator and have it tested at you local parts chain. You may have dying power supply due to failing DC filter caps, or bad back light inverter board.

replace stobe light bulbs in whelen 9m sereis towmans light bar.all lights work except for strobe lights.

The problem is the inverter on your dell monitor this is very comon.

Your new Tv needs to go back to the dealer. This is not Fixable by yourself...
