They have a very good selection, and there's a Cookworks link that leads to a page spare parts specific to the model you listed above. I'd recommend seriously considering a manual, as they last longer than VHS tapes/don't require a VCR to view, (think Murphy's Law).

BASIC BREAD for 1.5lb load

water 250ml (300ml)
