If this does not work then the problem is most likely the video card in your computer does not support the level of DIRECTX needed to play this game and you will need to upgrade your video card. make sure there is the directx is installled and updated... (you can install it from internet..) also make sure your pc has graphics requirements for the game... make sure the directx driver is active in device manager..

There may be 2 reasons..

1. Installation problem.. Try uninstalling the game and reinstall again..

2. Your game require a graphic card. make sure your pc is having one. and make sure your pc meet all the minimum requirements to play the fifa 08 game..
